Slow Cooker Italian Beef

This is great and SO easy in the crock pot or slow cooker.

3-4 pounds rump roast
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
1 can Campbell's Beef Broth or Beef Consomme

Place the roast in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour both cans of liquid over the roast. Set the cooker to low temperature for 8 hours.

If possible, turn roast over at some point during the cooking.

After 8 hours, remove the roast and slice the beef into thin slices.  Return the beef slices to the pot and the juices. Serve warm on toasted rolls, and spoon the juices over the meat.
